Energy: You Cannot Create It Nor Can You Destroy It

One of the first things you learn in physics revolves around the aspect behind what allows everything in our universe to not only move; but, allows everything to exist. This aspect is ENERGY. How I can relate this is the fact that energy cannot be created nor can it be destroyed. So, this becomes fascinating when you relate it to death or spirits or ghosts. Everyone is made of energy and everyone uses energy. As this energy is used, it is released onto the world in many forms. Whether you are hard at work and you are releasing energy through sweat, you are scrubbing the floor and creating friction, or you are eating food and... well we wont go too far into that, you are transferring your energy to the world around you. As a result, you are leaving a part of you behind.

Even though I am a skeptic when it comes to ghosts, I do believe that traces of us can be left behind when we die. I believe that is why "hauntings" have a tendency to take place where a person is found to have a traumatic experience or at a place where a person has a deep connection to or passion for. Maybe the spirit left behind is not a true person or ghost, just that energy that was left behind.

Furthermore, energy can play another role when it comes to seeing ghosts. I believe that electricity, frequency, and currents play a large role in a person's sighting of a ghost. If a person is around a high frequency area, I believe they will have a better change of seeing something odd or bizarre that could be mistaken as a ghost. If you think about it, our minds work completely with the use of electrical pulses. These pulses show us what we see, tell us how to react, and create the world around us. What a person visually sees is not exactly the world around them. It is the world as how they perceive it. A person's line of sight is simply an image that is created in the brain. In other words, it is a 3-D movie projection within the mind. So, with the help of high energy or electrical levels, a person's mind may be influenced to see something that really is not there... a hallucination.

So, this is just one view I have in terms of trying to understand why people may believe, or possibly actually do, see ghosts or spirits. What are your view points on this topic? Do you believe that energy could be an explanation for sightings or encounters? What can you add to this or what do you disagree with?

I am in the process of putting together my next "ghost hunting" experience. I am to do it at my place of work as it is a very old auditorium that has its fair share of, what people call, hauntings. I do have to admit, I have ran into a few... suspicious happenings...
